Invictus Body Jewelry offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of our jewelry. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective pieces of jewelry due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship. In the unlikely event you have any issues with your order, please contact your sales representative as soon as possible.

This limited warranty does not cover damage due to improper storage, modifications or attempted repairs to the jewelry, contact with inappropriate cleaning fluids, normal wear and tear, or loss. As our stock often changes, we cannot guarantee the same piece of jewelry will be provided under this warranty. In that case, we will substitute something of equal or greater value, or refund your payment, if you prefer. However, we strive to replace any defective jewelry with the same piece of jewelry.
